Very steady storytelling. The performances are all exceptional especially Wilson. The characters are complex and compelling. The nuance is really about guessing which one of the people are making the house behave like such and it's very subtly explained by the class struggle: Faraday wants to be like the Ayres but all the living is in his way. The spirit of the class warfare and the notion of the higher class is eating everyone alive.
喜欢这种节奏，不急不缓的讲述一个悬疑故事，平静不意味着毫无波澜，人物心理的变化往往是令人胆颤的过程，距离我最近，未曾不陌生
就想看看优雅的夏洛特·兰普林阿姨，但片子好渣好渣
节奏太慢
丝丝渗透的阴郁氛围与含蓄绵长的阶级情结拿捏得很好，本应是部简洁而具特色的悬疑片，可惜前半段叙事散乱，节奏糟糕，几乎毁掉了整部电影。
我也不知道为什么会想起Personal Shopper，但其实差的也挺多的，抓住了悬疑的点但是没抓住节奏的点，可惜。（突然发现兰普林奶奶长得有点像我奶奶，可能主要是发型？）
气氛还原了，又没完全还原。阴沉足够了，悬疑恐怖完全没有。这种片子除了催眠看不出有啥价值。

剧情一直在现实和魔幻路线中尴尬的卡着
感觉有点像19世纪流行的那种哥特故事现代版，果然是小说改编的。那个时代，多少乡村大宅的家庭就这样没落，真是唏嘘。
前一小时节奏慢的要死，后半部分终于进入正题了故事却讲的不明不白，最后一个镜头给的hint让我困惑了很久，看过原著的朋友解释后还是觉得好多地方说不通…原著写的比screenplay好是真的，太多旁白+男主扑克脸看的我…强行加入class却很鸡肋+到底为啥拒绝他求婚？

感觉改编得不够好 要是书把这些情愫写出来了 还像部英国文学的惯常水准 节奏感不好 海报真美啊...

烂七八糟的不知所云。
尽管答案心知肚明，但只看电影好像缺点什么，想了解更多的细节应该去看原著。
